Two 4 oz patties smashed on the grill. Each patty is then topped with a slice of American Cheese. So, this half pound burger is delicious because the patties are thin crispy, and yet still moist, juicy, and flavorful. Traditional smash burgers do not come with lettuce and tomatoes.
